Awesome service, the team was very professional, courteous and thorough. Mohen ensured I understood everything clearly on the contract and did a thorough walk around with the vehicle and it's features before heading out. Return was also quick and simple.

Car interior was old, rubber around doors are broken up. I had a problem with ants living inside the broken rubber and had to have it exchanged

I rented a small 4x4 suv for a week in Feb. Contacted them thru email and got a quote. Rental company is at the airport. They were extremely friendly and pretty quick (it was getting dark and it's not the place you want to drive alone at night for the first time being in the country with no gps). My vehicle was much nicer than I expected. I rent from other small Caribbean islands and this was by far the nicest island car I've ever rented! Got me my license to drive, handed me a map and I was good to go. Did a quick walk around and sent me on my way. Nothing to do with the rental company, but if arriving after dark you should either get the vehicle delivered to your place or get the vehicle in the day time as there are no street signs AND if you do have service, service can be spotty so GPS isn't reliable. Locals are extremely friendly if you ask for directions. You drive on the left and your steering wheel is on the passenger side if you are used to driving in the US. The roads are narrow, with steep drop offs and some only accommodate room for one car. Beep when turning sharp turns and switch backs. This is real authentic jungle driving but you'll want to rent a vehicle to see what this beautiful country has to offer. The drop off process was just as easy as pick up. I was early for drop off and just gave them a call to say I was there and they arrived shortly. Did a quick inspection and said I was all set. No hidden charges. Nothing but pleasant smiles. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them when I come back in the future! 5 stars

I was in Roseau for over a month. I rented from Courtesy Car Rental multiple times during my stay. Every time I was there was 5 stars. Staff members are all super friendly and helpful. Cars are always clean and in good shape. Web site is easy to use to book a car and communication via email or WhatsApp consistent. Only rental agency I will go to in Roseau.

Well…especially compared to our experience in Guadeloupe where we had just come from…we really recommend this company. We arrived and left by ferry and this company pays the taxi fare to get from port to agency upon arrival as well as shuttles you back when you leave. Staff are welcoming, friendly and explain everything very well. We rented a RAV4 and it was reasonably priced and ideal for two people with big suitcases. Driving on the island is definitely challenging but you do get used to it after a few days (mostly).

I got bit scared after reviews, but I haven’t experienced any problems. Actually there was amazing helpful stuff, everything was clear, nobody tried to cheat on me. I got car, which I could see on website. It was older Toyota RAV4 with driven almost 200k, but it was working perfectly and got me to most wild places here. I read some tips that you don’t need 4x4. If you will stay on coast, you’ll be probably fine, but if you want to go to places like Chaudiere Pool, you definitely need 4x4. Driving in Dominica is fine. If you ever driven in South Italy, this is like lighter version of it.
I didn’t cause any damage on car, so I can’t tell how stuff here reacts on some scratches or bigger damage. Deposit for car was 2800 XCD(1036 USD). In total I payed for 4 days 625 XCD(230 USD) with extra coverage and local driving license. I used almost whole gas tank and refill cost me 110 XCD(40 USD).
